Well, call us prejudiced, but the difference is a few thousand feet. Lake Arrowhead's altitude of 5,200 feet versus Big Bear's altitude of 7-9,000 feet. And if Big Bear shuts down due to weather, Snow Valley is just minutes from Lake Arrowhead.
