2010 RATE RANGE:

  •  First rate = 1-4 guests / 1-2 beds.
       Second rate = 4-8 guests / 3-4 beds.
  •  Price includes beds made w/ fresh sheets, towel sets + lite housekeeping.
  •  Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am.

Sunday night is free, so shorter weekend stays are not pro-rateable. 
Midweek -  Mon. in - Fri. out  ..................................... $740 - $815 
Full Week -  Mon. - Mon. or Fri. to Fri. .................... $1,370 - $1,520 
Nightly -  Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu. ............................. $285 - $315 
Fri., Sat., Sun. ......................................... $370 - $410 

When calculating nightly, third and seventh nights are free! 
7% County Bed Tax Applies

  •  Off-season rates lower, holidays higher. Call for final quote.
  •  Discount for "one week away and not booked."
  •  Two night minimum. Friday and Saturday nights can't be separated.
